BAM Kelowna!

Saturday, May 13, 2023 – Monday, May 15, 2023

The conference on Bilingualism and Multilingualism (BAM) will take place in Kelowna, at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan campus.

Registration is now open!
Early bird registration will be open until March 15, 2023.

The registration fees are $60 for faculty members and $45 for non-faculty members. Registration includes meals during the conference (except the evening of May 14, when the banquet takes place).

The conference banquet on May 14, 2023, will take place at Grey Monk Winery. Tickets cost $65 each and must be purchased while completing the registration form.

Invited symposium:

Building Connections: Language and Literacy Education in the Okanagan School of Education. Featuring: Dr. Jessica Chan, Dr. Bill Cohen, Dr. Scott Douglas, and Dr. Carl Ruest. This will be followed by a series of Scholar-Practitioner Shares from educators and practitioners who will share how their research has been translated to educational practice.
